To ensure proper scheduling and respect for all clients’ time, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. In these cases, clients must contact me directly using the phone number provided on the website. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 12 hours or less before the appointment will be charged the full service amount.
